3. 服务说明与核心机制（不存聊天记录/图片10分钟）

3.1 实时转发，不保存聊天记录

本服务的设计目标为“实时通信中继”。在默认模式下，本服务不建立服务器端聊天记录数据库， 不对公开聊天或私聊内容进行长期保存。消息通常仅在用户在线期间被实时转发给接收方。 你理解并同意：由于本服务不保存聊天记录，新的用户加入后无法回溯先前对话；你关闭页面、刷新或更换设备后可能无法从服务器找回历史消息。

3.2 聊天记录由客户端本地保存（如启用）

为提升使用体验，本服务的前端可能会使用浏览器本地存储（例如 IndexedDB/LocalStorage）将你看到的部分消息缓存在你的设备上。 该存储属于你的本地环境，由你的浏览器与设备控制。本服务无法保证本地记录的完整性与持久性； 你清除浏览器数据、使用无痕模式、设备损坏或系统清理均可能导致本地记录丢失。

3.3 仅临时保存图片：默认10分钟到期删除

本服务允许用户上传图片以便在聊天中展示。为节省资源与降低风险，本服务对图片采用临时存储策略： 图片文件自上传成功起仅在有限期限内保存（默认约 10 分钟），到期后系统会自动删除文件并使链接失效。 你理解并同意：图片到期后无法恢复；因图片过期导致的展示失败属于正常现象，本服务不承担由此产生的任何责任。

3.4 服务质量与可用性

本服务按“现状（AS IS）”提供。受网络环境、服务器负载、第三方服务、维护升级、不可抗力等影响， 本服务可能发生延迟、丢包、断线、无法连接或功能不可用等情况。你理解并同意本服务不对连续可用性作出承诺。

4. 使用资格与未成年人提示

• 仇恨与骚扰：基于种族、民族、国籍、宗教、性别、性取向、残障等身份的歧视、侮辱、威胁；持续跟踪骚扰、羞辱或煽动他人攻击。
• 未成年人不当内容：任何涉及未成年人的色情、性暗示、性剥削、引诱或相关链接、暗号、交易信息等。
• 隐私侵犯：发布他人个人信息或敏感信息（住址、电话、证件号、银行卡、定位、密码、面部特征等）或进行“人肉搜索”。
• 虚假与误导性信息：以欺骗为目的散布谣言；假冒他人身份；发布明显用于诈骗或诱导交易的虚假信息。
• 垃圾信息与广告刷屏：批量发送相同或相似内容；引流广告；恶意链接；自动化脚本刷屏。
• 其他：任何违反你所在地法律法规、监管要求或公序良俗的内容。

5.2 禁止行为（使用方式层面）

• 绕过或破坏限流、封禁、风控策略；使用多开、代理、自动化工具恶意占用资源。
• 试图探测、扫描、攻击本服务或服务器；利用漏洞或异常接口牟利或破坏。
• 未经允许抓取、复制、镜像本服务内容用于商业用途或对外分发（法律允许的除外）。
• 冒充平台管理员、客服或其他用户；使用误导性昵称进行欺骗。
• 在私聊中实施骚扰、威胁、勒索、诱导交易或其他侵害行为（私聊同样受本条款约束）。

5.3 你对自己内容的责任

你应对你在本服务中发布的全部内容承担法律责任，包括内容的合法性、真实性、准确性及由此产生的一切后果。 若因你的内容导致任何第三方权利受损或引发争议，你应自行解决并承担全部责任。

7. 安全与风险提示（链接、交易、诈骗、恶意内容）

本服务为开放式交流平台，可能存在不可信用户与不可信内容。你应保持警惕并自行判断风险：

• 链接风险：不要轻易点击陌生链接或下载文件，谨防钓鱼与恶意软件。建议使用安全浏览器、开启防护。
• 交易风险：本服务不提供担保。任何私下交易、转账、投资、代购均存在风险，发生纠纷由你自行承担。
• 冒充风险：任何用户都可能冒充他人或“管理员”。请以官方渠道为准，不要向陌生人提供验证码、密码等。

本服务按“现状”“可用”的方式提供。平台不对服务的适用性、可靠性、准确性、不中断性、无错误或满足特定目的作出任何明示或默示担保。 你理解并同意：网络服务存在固有风险，平台无法保证消息一定送达或图片一定可在有效期内被成功访问（例如网络原因导致加载失败）。

11.2 用户内容免责声明

用户在本服务中发布的内容由用户自行负责。平台不对用户内容的真实性、合法性、完整性作出保证， 也不对用户内容引发的任何纠纷承担责任。你与其他用户之间的互动、交流、交易或争议由你自行承担后果。

11.3 责任限制

1. Acceptance & Scope

Welcome to Global Chat (the “Service”). By accessing the website, establishing a connection, sending messages, uploading images, or otherwise using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, Disclaimer & Privacy Notice (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users, including those using desktop or mobile browsers or any compatible client. The Service may be accessible from multiple countries/regions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Definitions

• “Service/Platform”: the Global Chat website, front-end UI, back-end APIs, WebSocket real-time messaging, and temporary image storage features.

3.1 Real-time forwarding; no server-side chat history

The Service is designed primarily as a real-time communications relay. By default, the Service does not maintain a server-side database of chat history for public chats or DMs. Messages typically exist only transiently in memory and in transit for the purpose of delivery. You understand and agree that: (a) new users cannot retrieve earlier conversations; (b) after you refresh, close the page, or change devices, the Service may not provide any way to restore past messages.

3.2 Optional client-side local storage

For better user experience, the front-end may store the messages you have seen on your device using browser storage (e.g., IndexedDB/LocalStorage). This is local to your device and controlled by your browser and operating system. The Service does not guarantee completeness, durability, or recoverability of this local history. Private browsing mode, clearing site data, device resets, or storage limitations may erase it.

3.3 Temporary image storage (default ~10 minutes)

The Service allows image uploads to be shared in chat. To reduce risk and resource usage, images are stored only temporarily. Each uploaded image may be retained for a limited period (typically about 10 minutes) and then deleted automatically. After expiration, the image URL may return errors and the file may be unrecoverable. You agree that expiration and deletion are part of the normal operation of the Service, and the Service is not responsible for any loss caused by expiration.

3.4 Availability & performance

4. Eligibility & Minors

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where required by law.

The Service does not allow sexual content involving minors. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be treated as zero tolerance, which may include permanent bans and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.4 Your choices & recommendations

• Do not share sensitive or personal information (passwords, verification codes, financial details, private addresses).
• If you do not want local history, use private browsing mode or clear site storage regularly.
• You may use any in-app option (if provided) to clear local history; this affects only your device.

7. Safety Warnings: Links, Scams, Transactions, and Harmful Content

The Service is an open communication platform. You may encounter untrusted users, scams, malicious links, or disturbing content. You should use caution and good judgment at all times:

• Links & downloads: Do not click unknown links or download files from strangers. Beware of phishing, malware, and tracking.
• Payments & transactions: The Service provides no escrow or guarantees. Any transfers, investments, purchases, or deals are at your own risk.
• Impersonation: Anyone can claim to be an admin or support. Treat unsolicited requests for codes/passwords as scams.
• Objectionable content: If you are uncomfortable or notice violations, disengage and report where possible.

8. Moderation, Enforcement, and Legal Compliance

8.1 Moderation actions

To protect users and infrastructure, we may take moderation actions without prior notice, including but not limited to: rate limiting, blocking suspicious links, deleting temporary images, muting, kicking, banning (by IP or other identifiers), and limiting access based on abusive patterns.

8.2 Automated detection

The Service may use automated rules and/or manual review to detect and mitigate abuse (e.g., flood detection, suspicious link checks, keyword-based filtering). You acknowledge that no system is perfect; false positives or false negatives may occur.

9. Intellectual Property & License

9.1 Platform IP

The Service software, interface, design elements, and code are owned by the Service or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.

9.2 Your content & limited license

You retain rights you have in your Content. However, to operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, display, and perform your Content solely for the purposes of providing the Service and maintaining safety/security. This license does not transfer ownership of your Content to us.

9.3 Complaints and takedowns
